Presenter and Poster Information

Presenter Information

The schedule of workshops, presentations and panels has been posted online. Please remember that all individuals presenting in the workshops and panels and at least one author from the oral sessions must be registered for conference. The last day to register is May 12. Below are some details about the timing of presentations, room layouts, and audiovisual information.

  • Workshops:
    • Length: 3 hours
    • Room setup: crescent rounds, speaker table, giant post-it boards and markers if requested
    • AV: screen, projector, computer, at least one microphone, computer speakers or house sound
    • WIFI: free wifi available in the facility using the following information: username –scits and password - 2019.
    • Concurrent oral presentations and panels
      • Length: 1 hour and 45 minutes, oral presenters within a session have 15 minutes to present and 5 minutes of questions after each session.
      • Room setup: classroom seating, two speaker tables
      • AV: screen, projector, computer, at least one microphone, computer speakers or house sound
      • WIFI: free wifi available in the facility using the following information: username - scits and password - 2019.

Poster Requirements

Poster presenters please ensure the poster is oriented landscape and is no more than 3’x5’. The posters should be designed to be hung on a board or wall. Please bring your poster for display on Monday, May 20 and it can be removed after the reception on May 22. The posters will be up throughout the week to allow for additional viewing and scoring as part of the poster award process. You are only expected to be stationed at your poster during the formal reception on May 22 from 4 to 6 p.m.
